"Hello! My name is Nelly and I’ve been a part of FLVAC since November 2025. I’m working towards becoming a paramedic, and thanks to the corps, I’m building an incredible foundation of knowledge and experience in the EMS world.
I’ve always had a passion for helping others, and I absolutely love getting the chance to be there for people in some of their hardest moments. The compassion and human connections I see volunteering as an aspiring EMT are astonishingly beautiful and almost indescribable.
I am beyond grateful to FLVAC that they were willing to take a chance on me and let me join their organization."
