“During my college career, I never would have thought about joining an ambulance corp - especially not one out of town (I lived in Lyndhurst and went to school in Newark). However, I had a great friend who tried so hard to get me into FLVAC and I thank them deeply to this day. .
I've established skills which helped me to become a strong EMT and RN. I also met lots of amazing people, made wonderful friends and helped people through some rough times. The only thing I would have changed is finding this calling sooner.”
