"I joined the FLVAC in 2014 and was immediately taken in by the other members who shared their medical knowledge, passion for emergency response and a widespread love of our community. My goal was to help others in need and do what I could to make a positive difference in patient’s lives. What I didn’t expect to get in return was to meet such an outstanding group of people who give so much without any expectations of gratitude. We work side by side with our other first responders (police, fire, rescue, etc.) to respond when the calls come in
and the relationships that are formed are truly incredible. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all the hardworking men and women of our first responder community that do what they do to protect our community. It’s sincerely appreciated.I am honored to be a part of this organization and the feeling that we get when we are able to help someone in need is truly indescribable. The lessons that you will learn here will stay with you forever. We are thankful to be able to do what we do and hope that more people from town consider joining our ranks. We always could use another hand out there".
